高职粮食专业产教融合人才培养模式探析

摘要 本文深入探析了高职粮食专业产教融合人才培养模式的主要类型、主要实施路径和存在的问题,并结合粮食专业特点为创新产教融合人才培养模式提出了相关建议,以期为粮食行业产教融合人才培养模式的改革提供支撑,培养出更适应粮食产业发展需求的高素质技术技能人才。 This paper deeply analyzes the main types,main implementation paths and existing problems of the talent training mode of the integration of production and education in higher vocational grain major,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the innovation of the talent training mode of the integration of production and education in combination with the characteristics of the grain major.In order to provide support for the reform of the talent training mode of the integration of production and education in the grain industry,and train high-quality technical talents who are more suitable for the development of the grain industry.
