摘要
本研究详细探讨了采用四甲基联苯氨分光光度法测定饮用水及其水源中游离氯的应用。系统地介绍了该方法的原理、实验步骤、条件优化、性能评估以及在实际应用中的表现,并与其他常用方法如DPD分光光度法等进行了比较。
The spectrophotometric determination of free chlorine in drinking water and its sources by tetramethylbenzidine was investigated in detail.In this paper,the principle,experimental procedure,condition optimization,performance evaluation and application performance of this method are introduced systematically,and compared with other common methods such as DPD spectrophotometry.
