摘要
在当前数字化转型的大背景下,高职院校如何用数字化手段培养新时代所需的服装工匠人才亟待解决。文章立足数字化时代高职服装专业人才培养新定位,结合案例分析法,从开发数字化教学资源、构建数字化教学平台等四个方面探讨数字化技术在高职服装专业教育中的应用策略,旨在构建一种基于数字化赋能的服装工匠人才培养新模式。研究发现,数字化技术应用不仅显著提升了学生专业技能和综合素质,而且有效促进了服装工匠人才的成长发展。因此,构建并实施数字化赋能的人才培养模式,对提升高职服装专业教育质量、满足新质生产力需求有重要理论和实践意义。
Under the background of the current digital transformation,it is urgent to solve how to train the garment artisans needed in the new era by digital means in higher vocational colleges.Based on the new orientation of higher vocational clothing professional talent training in the digital era,this study combined with case analysis to explore the application strategies of digital technology in higher vocational clothing professional education from four aspects of developing digital teaching resources and constructing digital teaching platform,aiming to build a new mode of clothing craftsman talent training based on digital empowerment.It is found that the application of digital technology not only significantly improves the professional skills and comprehensive quality of students,but also effectively promotes the growth and development of garment artisans.Therefore,the construction and implementation of the digitally-enabled talent training model has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the quality of higher vocational clothing professional education and meeting the demand for new quality productivity.
