基于电气自动化的煤炭输送带控制系统研究

摘要 传统的输送带控制系统常因故障检测能力弱和响应迟缓而导致生产效率低下。文章建立了一种基于电气自动化的煤炭输送带控制系统,通过全局自适应高动态范围成像、Canny边缘检测和Hough变换算法,提高了图像处理的亮度和清晰度,有效检测并精确定位输送带的跑偏问题。实验结果表明,该研究方法的故障检测准确率达到99.45%,显著提高了系统的可靠性和自动化水平。研究结果可为输送带控制系统的设计和优化提供理论支持。 The traditional conveyor belt control system often leads to low production efficiency due to weak fault detection ability and slow response.In this paper,a coal conveyor belt control system based on electrical automation is established.Through global adaptive high dynamic range imaging,Canny edge detection and Hough transform algorithm,the brightness and clarity of image processing are improved,and the deviation problem of conveyor belt is effectively detected and accurately located.The experimental results show that the fault detection accuracy of this method reaches 99.45%,which significantly improves the reliability and automation level of the system.The research results can provide theoretical support for the design and optimization of conveyor belt control system.
