基于数据驱动的通信智能化运维系统研究

摘要 在现代通信领域,随着网络复杂性的提升和服务需求的多样化,传统的运维方式已经难以满足高效率和高可靠性的要求,通信智能化运维应运而生。它利用先进的信息技术和大数据分析手段,对通信网络状态的实时监控和管理,从而提高服务质量和运维效率。文章系统地研究了基于数据驱动的通信智能化运维系统,从数据采集与预处理、数据存储与管理、数据驱动的决策支持系统设计以及性能优化4个方面,详细阐述了各环节的技术细节及其在通信智能化运维中的应用。 In the field of modern communication,with the intensification of network complexity and diversification of service requirements,traditional operation and maintenance methods have been difficult to meet the requirements of high efficiency and high reliability,and intelligent communication operation and maintenance came into being.It uses advanced information technology and big data analysis methods to monitor and manage the communication network status in real time,thus improving service quality and operation and maintenance efficiency.This paper systematically studies the intelligent communication operation and maintenance system based on data drive,and expounds the technical details of each link and its application in intelligent communication operation and maintenance from four aspects:data acquisition and preprocessing,data storage and management,data driven decision support system design and performance optimization.
