电厂大体积混凝土施工技术及裂缝控制措施分析——以清远市清城区生活垃圾焚烧发电厂项目为例

摘要 以清远市清城区生活垃圾焚烧发电厂项目为例,对电厂大体积混凝土施工技术及裂缝控制措施进行了分析,评估该项目的混凝土施工技术和裂缝控制措施的可行性和有效性。采用实地调研和文献分析的方法,对清远市清城区生活垃圾焚烧发电厂项目中的混凝土施工技术和裂缝控制措施进行了详细的调查和分析,发现大体积混凝土施工技术相对先进,能够满足电厂的需求。在裂缝控制方面,项目采取了合理的措施,能够有效控制混凝土裂缝的发生。通过采用大体积混凝土施工技术和合理的裂缝控制措施,能够确保电厂的结构安全和长期稳定运行。 This study takes the Qingcheng District Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power lant project in Qingcheng District,Qingyuan City as an example to analyze the construction technology and crack control measures of large volume concrete in power plants,and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the concrete construction technology and crack control measures of the project.This study used methods such as Field Research and Literature Analysis to conduct a detailed investigation and observation of the concrete construction technology and crack control measures of the Qingcheng District Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Plant project in Qingyuan City,and found that large volume concrete construction technology is relatively advanced and can meet the needs of the power plant.In terms of crack control,the project has taken reasonable measures to effectively control the occurrence of concrete cracks.By adopting large volume concrete construction technology and reasonable crack control measures,the structural safety and long-term stable operation of the power plant can be ensured.
