数字化转型背景下教师教学创新能力提升路径研究

摘要 在数字化转型背景下,提升教师的数字教学创新能力对教育转型具有重要意义。数字化技术融入教学不仅满足了教育需求的变化,提高了教育质量和效率,还极大促进了学生的全面发展,为他们适应未来社会做好准备。然而,面对传统教育观念的根深蒂固、评估体系的不灵活、教师个人能力和心理支持的缺乏以及技术环境的快速变化等挑战,需要采取培育创新教育文化、推进灵活评估机制、促进教师的专业发展并加强心理支持、适应技术变革等措施,以有效提升教师的数字教学能力,推动教育现代化进程。 In the context of digital transformation,enhancing teachers’digital teaching innovation capabilities is of significant importance to the transformation of education.The integration of digital technology into teaching not only meets the changes in education demands,improves the quality and efficiency of education,but also greatly promotes the comprehensive development of students,preparing them for future society.However,there are challenges such as the deep-rooted traditional educational concepts,the inflexibility of the assessment systems,the lack of personal capabilities and psychological support for teachers,and the rapid changes in the technological environment.Therefore,it is necessary to overcome them through a multi-faceted strategy by fostering an innovative educational culture,advancing flexible assessment mechanisms,promoting teachers’professional development and strengthening psychological support,and adapting to technological changes so as to enhance teachers’digital teaching capabilities effectively and promote the modernization process of education.
