摘要
多糖是金针菇重要的生物活性成分之一,具有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗炎、抗疲劳等作用,因此高效提取、分离、纯化金针菇多糖一直为行业热点研究问题。通过对金针菇多糖生物活性的研究进展进行综述,对多糖提取、分离、纯化的优化工艺进行整理,以期为金针菇多糖的研究、生产提供最佳提取纯化工艺的选择清单,为进一步的工艺改良以及精深加工产品的开发奠定基础。
Polysaccharide is one of the important bioactive components of Flammulina velutipes,which has the functions of immune regulation,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,anti-fatigue,etc.Therefore,the efficient extraction,separation and purification of F.velutipes polysaccharide has been a hot research issue in the industry.By reviewing the research progress of the biological activity of F.velutipes polysaccharide,and summarizing the optimization process of polysaccharide extraction,separation and purification,in order to provide a selection list of the best extraction and purification process for the research and production of F.velutipes polysaccharide,and lay a foundation further process improvement and development of deep processing products.
