需求视域下地方高校心理育人现状及对策研究——以遵义师范学院为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Psychological Education in Local Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Demand——Taking Zunyi Normal University as an Example

心理育人既是促进大学生身心健康和谐发展的重要举措,也是高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容,事关高校立德树人根本任务成效。为进一步提升高校心理育人的针对性和实效性,文章采取问卷调查法对遵义师范学院6300名本科生进行问卷调查,深入分析大学生在心理健康教育课程、心理健康教育活动、心理咨询服务等方面的实际需求,提出进一步提高高校心理育人针对性和实效性建议。

Psychological education is not only an important measure to promote the healthy and harmonious development of college students’physical and mental health,but also an important content of ideological and political education in universities,which is related to the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivate people in universities.In order to further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of psychological education in universities,this article adopts a questionnaire method to conduct a survey of 6300 undergraduate students in Zunyi Normal University,deeply analyzing the actual needs of college students in psychological health education courses,psychological health education activities,psychological counseling services,etc,and proposing suggestions to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of psychological education in universities.
