摘要
开放共享实验平台在为科研人员提供仪器设备共享和实验场地共用的同时,也承担着助力科研创新和人才培养的重要作用。培训体系的建立是保障平台顺利运转的必要条件。为满足不同人员的不同实验需求,构建了“基础-提高-创新”三级阶梯式培训体系。该体系以实验室基本规章制度和仪器基本操作为基础培训;以仪器应用技巧和软件数据挖掘为提高培训;以前沿和优秀成果分享交流为创新培训,内容涵盖实验入门、仪器精通使用和科研创新思维培养等各个环节。为新形势下开放共享实验平台作用的高效发挥提供新思路。
The open-sharing experimental platform not only provides shared access to instrumentation and laboratory space for researchers,but also plays a crucial role in supporting scientific innovation and talent cultivation.The establishment of a training system is a necessary condition to ensure the smooth operation of the platform.In order to meet the diverse experimental needs of different individuals,the clinical medical laboratory developed a three-level stepped training system of“foundation-advanced-innovation”through exploration.This system provides fundamental training bases on laboratory regulations and basic instrument operations,focuses on training instrumental application techniques and software data mining,and cultivates to share cutting-edge information and outstanding achievements.The content covers various aspects,such as experimental introductions,proficiency in instrumental use and cultivation of innovative thinking in scientific research.It provides a new approach for the efficient functioning of the open-sharing experimental platform under the current circumstances.
