摘要
High-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer(HGSC)is the most prevalent and lethal form of gynecologic malignancies[1],accounting for 70%-80%of ovarian cancer fatalities.Despite decades of research, the overall survival rate for HGSC has remained largely unchanged[2],and patients with advanced stages of the disease have only a 41%chance of surviving beyond five years[3].
