摘要
本文分析了在产业数字化转型升级的时代背景下,培养数字工匠的意义,正视数字工匠培养过程中的现实挑战,并在三全育人视域下研究职业院校数字工匠培养新举措,优化教育布局,为推动职业教育高质量发展提供了可借鉴的实践探索。
This paper analyzes the significance of cultivating digital craftsmen in the context of industrial digital transformation and upgrading.It also addresses the practical challenges that arise in the process of cultivation,and studies the new measures for cultivating digital craftsmen in vocational institutes.under the perspective of three all-round education to optimize the educational layout,which provides practical exploration that can be referenced to promote the high-quality development in vocational education.
