摘要
以某工业机器人实训平台为基础,通过SolidWorks、3Ds Max软件完成三维建模及场景制作,运用Photoshop、Blender软件对模型进行贴图和动画设计,在Unity3D平台中开发完成工业机器人虚拟仿真实训教学系统。该系统以谐波减速器装配的虚拟仿真流程为主,配合设备认识、自测考核、手册查询等多个模块组成教学内容,实现了工业机器人教学的虚拟可视化。
Based on an virtual simulation experiment of industrial robot workstation,by using the methods of 3D modeling and scene production were completed by SolidWorks and 3Ds Max software,mapping and animation were designed by Photoshop and Blender,and virtual simulation experiment teaching system for industrial robots workstation was developed based on Unity3D.The system is based on the virtual simulation process of harmonic reducer assembly,with equipment understanding,self-test assessment,manual query and other modules to form the teaching content,to achieve the virtual visualization for industrial robot teaching.
