学历和非学历教育在成人高校中融合发展研究

Research on the Integrative Development of Academic and Non-Academic Education in Adult Higher Education Institutes

通过研究成人高校继续教育体系下在学历教育基础上开展非学历教育的方法措施,最终实现成人高校学历教育和非学历教育的融合发展。着重分析了学历教育和非学历教育融合发展的意义、融合发展中出现的问题和融合的具体对策,提出了成人高校转变教育观念、成人高校的模块化课程建设、成人高校“1+X”课程等实施办法。

By studying the methods and measures of conducting non-academic education on the basis of academic education in the continuing education system of adult higher education institutes,the integrative development of academic education and non-academic education of adult higher education institutes is finally realized.This paper analyzes the significance of the integrative development of academic education and non-academic education,the problems of the integrative development and the concrete countermeasures of integration,and puts forward several measures such as changing the educational concept of adult higher education institutes,building modular courses in adult higher education institutes,and implementing of"1+X"curriculum in adult higher education institutes.
