中职学校师德师风“四结合”建设路径探究——以天津市建筑工程学校为例

摘要 加强师德师风建设是中职学校落实立德树人根本任务、实现内涵式高质量发展的重要内容。以天津市建筑工程学校为例,探索师德师风建设与党风党建工作相结合、与职业发展阶段相结合、与教学考核评价相结合、与教育教学实践相结合的“四结合”建设路径,实施全员全方位全过程培养,使教师成为“有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心”的“四有”好老师。 The reinforcement of teachers'morality and ethics constitutes a crucial element in fulfilment of the fundamental objective of cultivating virtue through education and the attainment of a connotative and high-quality development in secondary vocational schools.Taking Tianjin Architectural Engineering School as an example,this paper explores the"four-combination"construction path that combines the construction of teachers'morality and ethics with the work of Party conduct improving and Party building,with the stage of career development,with the assessment and evaluation of teaching.Furthermore,with the practice of education and teaching,and implement the all-member,all-round and all-process approach cultivation,so as to make the teachers become exemplars of the"Four Good"teachers with ideal and faith,virtue and morality,a solid base of knowledge,and a kind heart.
