系统论视角下我国现代职业教育体系建设的理论基础、现实样态与逻辑路向

The Theoretical Basis,Current State and Logical Path of the Construction of Modern Vocational Education System in China under the Perspective of the System Theory

“努力建设中国特色的职业教育体系”是我国职业教育改革发展的核心目标和根本任务。改革开放以来,国家围绕现代职业教育体系,开启了一系列政策制度建设之路,以系统论为理论分析基础,全面审视我国现代职业教育体系的构思、形成、发展过程,总结现代职教体系建设取得的成效,反思体系在运行中亟待解决的问题;从现代职业教育体系发展的内部贯通性、外部适应性、内外部协同性三个维度提出高质量职业教育体系建设的努力方向,服务我国现代职业教育体系改革。

"Striving to build a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics"is the core goal and fundamental task of China's vocational education reform and development.Since the reform and opening up,the country has opened a series of policy and system construction roads centering on the modern vocational education system.Based on the system theory as the theoretical analysis basis,the country com⁃prehensively examines the conception,formation,and development process of the modern vocational educa⁃tion system in China,summarizes the achievements in the construction of the modern vocational education system,and reflects on the problems to be solved in the operation of the system.From the three dimensions of the development of the modern vocational education system,namely internal penetration,external adapt⁃ability,and internal and external coordination,the paper puts forward the direction of the construction of a high-quality vocational education system to serve the reform of China's modern vocational education system.
