新质生产力赋能劳动教育:理论基点、现实堵点和实践方略

摘要 新质生产力作为一种全新的生产力形态,呈现可持续性、创新性、融合性、个性化等特质,深刻影响劳动教育理念塑造和教育效能提升。当前,新质生产力助推劳动教育亦面临着价值导向偏颇、实践路径单一和教育场域断连的现实阻梗。新质生产力的要素迭代应进一步作用至劳动教育的功能结构之中,以变革性力量重塑劳动教育的理念、方式和场域。基于此,遵循新质生产力赋能劳动教育的内涵要义,从人本性、发展性、场域性三方面探索实践方略:一是新发展理念推进劳动教育理念人本化;二是新一代人工智能技术推进劳动教育方式智能化;三是新空间形态推进劳动教育场域协同化,实现多中心主体行动模式常态化在地化。 As a new form of productivity,new quality productivity presents characteristics such as sus⁃tainability,innovation,integration,and personalization,which profoundly influence the shaping of labor edu⁃cation concepts and the improvement of educational efficiency.The current promotion of labor education by new quality productivity is also facing practical obstacles such as biased value orientation,single practical path,and disconnected educational fields.The iteration of elements of new quality productivity should fur⁃ther apply to the functional structure of labor education,reshaping the concept,methods,and fields of labor education with transformative power.Based on this,following the essence of empowering labor education with new quality productivity,we explore practical strategies from three aspects:human nature,develop⁃ment,and field.Firstly,the new development concept promotes the humanization of labor education con⁃cepts;Secondly,the new generation of artificial intelligence technology promotes the intelligence of labor education methods;Thirdly,the new spatial form promotes the synergy of labor education fields and realizes the normalization and localization of multi center subject action modes.
