职业院校思政引领力的内涵要义、短板问题及强化策略

思政引领力是教育强国的首要内容和应有之义。职业教育是教育强国建设的有力支撑,必须切实加强思政引领力建设。职业院校思政引领力本质上体现为一种影响力和塑造力,包含理想信念塑造力、思想凝聚力、教育感召力和话语传播力,具有政治性、先进性和实践性的特征。当前职业院校思政引领力建设存在引领内容和手段陈旧、方式粗放、资源挖掘和利用低效、能力和水平不强和“职业性”特色不鲜明等短板问题。需要从抓好党建工作、深化课程建设、加强文化建设、加强特色培育、支持系统建设等方面整体推进职业院校思政引领力建设。

The leadership of ideological and political education is the primary content and necessary meaning of building a powerful country in education.Vocational education is a powerful support for the con⁃struction of a powerful country in education,and it is necessary to effectively strengthen the construction of the leadership of ideological and political education.The leadership of ideological and political education in vocational colleges which is political,progressiveness and practical and it is essentially a kind of influence and shaping power,including the shaping power of ideals and beliefs,ideological cohesion,educational ap⁃peal and discourse propagation power.There are shortcomings in the current construction of the leadership of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,such as outdated content and methods,exten⁃sive methods,inefficient resource exploration and utilization,weak capabilities and low levels,and lack of“vocational”characteristics.It is necessary to comprehensively promote the construction of the leadership of ideological and political education in vocational colleges from the aspects of party building work,deepen⁃ing curriculum construction,strengthening cultural construction,strengthening characteristic cultivation,and supporting system construction.
