高职专业教师课程思政胜任力的提升困境与实践探索

摘要 职业教育赋能新质生产力发展,对职教师资提出了更高要求。面对新时代新需求,建设一支能有效落实立德树人理念、充分胜任课程思政要求的“强师”队伍,是建设高质量高等职业教育的关键。新时代高职专业教师课程思政胜任力应契合学习主体日益增长的精神文化需求、产业转型升级的用人需求、课程本身的学理性需求等特征。实践中发现高职专业教师课程思政胜任力提升面临认知和能力困境,结合高职院校发展实际,提出优化对策:提升认知,构建广泛认同体系;提升能力,构建实践运行体系;提升可持续性,构建支持服务体系。 Vocational education empowers the development of new quality productive forces and puts forward higher requirements for TVET(Technical and Vocational Education and Training)teachers.In the face of new demands in the new era,building a“higher-quality teacher”team that can effectively imple⁃ment the concept of moral education and fully meet the requirements of ideological and political education in the curriculum is the key to building high-quality higher vocational education.The competence of ideo⁃logical and political education in the curriculum of higher vocational college professional teachers in the new era should be in line with the increasingly growing spiritual and cultural needs of learning subjects,the employment needs of industrial transformation and upgrading,and the learning rationality needs of the cur⁃riculum itself.In practice,it has been found that the improvement of the competence of ideological and po⁃litical education in the curriculum of higher vocational college professional teachers faces cognitive and ability difficulties.Based on the actual development of higher vocational colleges,optimization strategies are proposed:enhance cognition and build a broad recognition system;enhance capabilities and build a practical operation system;enhance sustainability and build a support service system.
