摘要
“数智”时代催生新业态,更加注重数智化技术技能的应用,新增一系列数智会计新岗位,会计人员不同岗位也需要具备更强的数据处理、财务分析和决策支持能力。剖析人才培养方面存在的诸多问题,如培养模式缺乏创新,人才培养质量与企业数智化人才需求脱节;课程体系陈旧,专业教学内容滞后数智化技术发展;学生创新创业能力不足,综合竞争力较弱。提出数智时代高职院校大数据与会计专业人才培养实施路径,即优化培养目标、重构课程体系、赋能运行机制,搭建教育平台、创建课堂新生态。
The era of“digital intelligence”has given rise to new business models,placing greater em⁃phasis on the application of digital intelligence technology skills.A series of new digital accounting posi⁃tions have been added,and accounting personnel in different positions also need to have stronger data pro⁃cessing,financial analysis,and decision support capabilities.Analyzing the many problems existing in tal⁃ent training,such as a lack of innovation in training modes,and a disconnect between the quality of talent training and the demand for digital and intelligent talents in enterprises;The curriculum system is outdated,and the professional teaching content lags behind the development of digital intelligence technology;stu⁃dents’innovative and entrepreneurial abilities are insufficient,and their comprehensive competitiveness is relatively low.This paper proposes the implementation path for talent training in big data and accounting majors in higher vocational colleges in the era of digital intelligence,including optimizing training objec⁃tives,reconstructing curriculum systems,empowering operational mechanisms,building educational plat⁃forms,and creating new classroom ecosystems.
