摘要
设备性能退化往往会导致生产能耗、污染物排放的增加,而已有的预防性维修策略研究很少考虑环保因素,为减少生产活动对环境的影响,提出考虑节能减排的生产系统多级机会维修策略.构建设备累积役龄与生产能耗和污染物排放的关系,以生产停歇为外部维修机会,当设备计划维修点落入外部机会区间时采取机会维修,否则停机维修,以设备寿命周期内的综合费用率最低为目标,首先优化得到各设备的最佳预防性维修次数.在此基础上,考虑设备间的维修相关性,对落入组内机会区间的相关设备一同维修,对未能利用生产停歇进行维修的设备采取停机维修,同时考虑停机机会对其余设备的影响.以一定时期内系统的能耗成本、排放成本、设备维修成本综合最小为优化目标,以机会维修阈值为决策变量,最后设计算法并通过算例验证该模型的有效性.
Equipment performance degradation often leads to increased production energy consumption and pollutant emissions,while the existing preventive maintenance strategy research rarely considers environmental protection factors.To reduce the impact of production activities on the environment,a multi-level opportunistic maintenance strategy for production systems considering energy conservation and emission reduction is proposed.The relationship between the cumulative service age of the equipment and the production energy consumption and pollutant emissions is constructed.The production stop is taken as an external maintenance opportunity.When the planned maintenance point of the equipment falls into the external opportunity interval,the opportunity maintenance is taken;otherwise the shutdown maintenance is taken.With the lowest comprehensive cost rate in the life cycle of the equipment as the goal,the optimal preventive maintenance times of each equipment are first optimized.On this basis,considering the maintenance correlation between equipment,the related equipment that falls into the opportunity interval in the group is repaired together,and the equipment that fails to use the production stoppage for maintenance is repaired by shutdown maintenance.The influence of shutdown opportunity on the remaining equipment is considered.The optimization objective is to minimize the energy consumption cost,emission cost and equipment maintenance cost of the system in a certain period,and the opportunity maintenance threshold is used as the decision variable.Finally,the algorithm is designed and the effectiveness of the model is verified by an example.
