我国建筑业高质量发展研究前沿热点与趋势分析

Analysis of Hot Spots and Trends in Research of High-quality Development of Construction Industry in China

结合CiteSpace软件,以中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的2018—2023年299篇关于建筑业高质量发展的论文为研究样本,对研究机构及其发文量、关键词以及突现词进行可视化分析。研究发现:自2018年以来建筑业高质量发展领域发文总量呈现上升趋势,且年发文量增长率变大,表现出百花齐放的态势;当前研究处于快速增长时期;研究机构间的合作不紧密;现阶段在高质量内涵与特征界定、协同发展以及发展水平评价与提升领域的研究均取得一定成果;尽管近五年国内学者发文量大但在数字技术高速发展、社会形态多变的当下,建筑业高质量发展研究的维度可进一步拓展。

Combining with CiteSpace software and taking 299 papers on high-quality development of construction industry collected in CNKI database from 2018 to 2023 as research samples,this paper makes a visual analysis of research institutions,their number of publications,keywords and breakout words.The results show that:Since 2018,the total number of papers issued in the field of high-quality development of the construction industry has shown an upward trend,and the annual growth rate of the number of papers has become larger,showing a trend of blooming.Current research is in a period of rapid growth.Weak cooperation exists among research institutions.At present,some achievements have been made in the fields of definition of high-quality connotation and characteristics,collaborative development and evaluation and improvement of development level.Despite the large number of papers published by domestic scholars in the past five years,in the current situation of rapid development of digital technology and changing social forms,the dimensions of high-quality development research in the construction industry can be further expanded.
