基于SPOC的开放大学公共英语教学模式构建与效果评价

摘要 针对开放大学公共英语教学存在教学过程单一、教学设计线上线下相对分离等问题,基于远程学习者的学情特征,依据建构主义学习理论与人本主义学习理论,以管理英语1课程为例,开展基于SPOC的开放大学公共英语教学模式构建与实践。采用问卷调查的方法从SPOC在线学习平台、教学过程、教学评价与学习效果四个维度对其应用效果进行综合评价,以期为推动开放大学办学体系公共英语教学改革提供新视角与新思路。 In view of the problems of single teaching process and relative separation of online and offline teaching design in public English teaching in open universities,based on the learning characteristics of distance learners,according to constructivism learning theory and humanistic learning theory,and taking the course Management English 1 as an example,this paper carries out the construction and practice of public English teaching mode on the basis of SPOC(Small Private Online Course)in open universities.Furthermore,the paper adopts the method of questionnaire to comprehensively evaluate its application effect from four dimensions,including SPOC online learning platform,teaching process,teaching evaluation and learning effect,in order to provide the new perspective and idea for promoting the reform of public English teaching in the open university system.
