基础教育数字化转型:时代价值、现实困境与优化路径

摘要 教育数字化转型是新时代构建高质量发展教育体系的重要战略选择,基础教育数字化转型是党和国家在关键发展节点的重大战略部署。目前,我国基础教育数字化转型取得了一定的成效,但还存在着现实困境:优质数字化教育资源整合度不高,缺乏共享机制;数字观念滞后,师生数字素养水平不高,且数字化学习生态脆弱。我国基础教育数字化转型可遵循以下行动路径,以推动我国基础教育高质量发展:在政府宏观调控下,扩大优质基础教学资源的投入与开发;加强数字素养,提高数字化转型胜任力;优化数字化学习生态。 The digital transformation of education is an important strategic choice for building a highquality development of the education system in the new era,and the digital transformation of basic education is a major strategic deployment of the party and the state at a key development point.At present,the digital transformation of basic education in China has achieved certain results,but there are still real dilemmas:the integration of high-quality digital education resources is not high,and there is a lack of sharing mechanisms;digital concepts lag behind,the level of digital literacy of teachers and students is not high,and the digital learning ecological fragility.The digital transformation of China's basic education can follow the following path of action to promote the high-quality development of China's basic education:expanding the input and development of high-quality basic teaching resources under the government's macro-control;strengthening digital literacy and improving digital transformation competence;and optimising the digital learning ecosystem.
