新时代师德建设的“情本体”路向

摘要 新时代教师队伍高质量发展对师德提出了新要求,要使教师发自内心、自觉自愿约束自己的行为。但在工具理性的过度干预下,外在规范主导下的师德建设范式忽视了教师的情感诉求。李泽厚的“情本体”理论是其主体性理论的核心要义,它强调以人世情感为人生的根本依托、归宿之意,对促进情感性“内驱逻辑”的师德建设,使教师成为审美情感的主体,提升师德主体性具有重要的指导作用。“情本体”视域下的师德建设以师德情感为根本依托,师德情感的主体性、直觉性、多元动态性、愉悦性、时间性可克服外驱逻辑下师德发展的局限,并且满足新时代教师队伍建设的需要。在实践中,通过增强师德培养的新鲜感以及美感,鼓励教师充实个人生活,关怀教师的情感,增强教师道德敏感性,关注教师道德成长的时间性等方式来完善新时代师德建设。 The high-quality development of teachers in the new era puts forward new requirements for teachers'morality,which requires teachers to restrain their own behaviors from their hearts.However,under the excessive intervention of instrumental rationality,the paradigm of teacher ethics construction under the guidance of external norms ignores the emotional appeal of teachers.Li Zehou's“Emotional Noumenon”theory is the core essence of his subjectivity theory.It emphasizes that the human emotion is the fundamental support and destination of life.It plays an important guiding role in promoting the construction of teachers'ethics of emotional“internal drive logic,”making teachers the subject of aesthetic emotion and enhancing the subjectivity of teachers'ethics.The construction of teachers'morality from the perspective of'Emotional Noumenon'is based on the emotion of teachers'morality.The subjectivity,intuition,multiple dynamics,pleasure and timeliness of teachers'morality emotion can overcome the limitations of the development of teachers'morality under the logic of external drive and meet the needs of the construction of teachers'team in the new era.In practice,we should improve the construction of teachers'morality in the new era by enhancing the freshness and beauty of teachers'moral cultivation,encouraging teachers to enrich their personal life,caring for teachers'emotions,enhancing teachers'moral sensitivity,and paying attention to the timeliness of teachers'moral growth.
