摘要
近年来,我国在教育对外开放和职业教育共同体建设方面出台了一些重要政策举措,为构建“一带一路”职业教育共同体提供了方向性指引。随着这些政策措施的出台,在高等教育与职业教育领域也出现了国内院校与企业联手同国外合作伙伴建立联盟和交流平台等方面的探索。然而,目前对于“共同体”概念的基本内涵、职业教育共同体的独特内涵,特别是“一带一路”职业教育共同体的底层逻辑和顶层架构还需更为系统的诠释和深入的研究。以相关概念辨析、一体协同的共同协作体基本特征剖析以及一体化过程解析为基础,探讨“一带一路”职业教育共同体的概念、构念与理念,明确其核心内涵、基本路径和价值导向,为推动“一带一路”职业教育共同体建设提供理论支撑。
In recent years,the B&R community of vocational education has been the spotlight that policy debates focus on.Meantime,domestic institutions and enterprises have been cooperating with their foreign counterparts in establishing various partnerships and collaborative platforms.The conceptual framework of the B&R community or collaborative of vocational education in terms of its role,structure and value,is yet to be further identified,which will contribute to a better understanding of its concepts,constructs and convictions,inform future policy making as well as build on an inquiry into the construction of a'ladder'for lifting us from the ground of a collaborative mature process to the heaven of the B&R community of vocational education.
