数字经济发展水平与高校创新能力间关系的实证研究

Empirical study on the relationship between the development level of digital economy and the innovation ability of universities

科技革命推进了生产要素的变革,数字经济的核心在于将数据独立作为优化资源配置的生产要素,而数据综合利用率的提高为高校创新效率提高提供了助力。文章选取2015—2021年31个省级行政区的面板数据,从数字经济发展水平与高校科技创新基础的角度,考虑地方财政支出与高校科技成果转化的影响,探讨数字经济发展水平对高校创新能力的影响效应及作用机制。研究表明,数字技术的提升有效促进了信息流动效率,扩大了知识的溢出效应,提高了技术转化成功率,提高了资源配置效率,提升了高校创新能力。

The scientific and technological revolution has promoted the change of production factors.The core of digital economy lies in the independent use of data as a production factor to optimize resource allocation,and the improvement of the comprehensive utilization rate of data has provided a boost to the improvement of innovation efficiency in colleges and universities.The panel data of 31 provincial-level administrative regions from 2015 to 2021 are selected to explore the influence of the development level of digital economy on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities from the perspective of the development level of digital economy and the foundation of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities,and the effect and mechanism of the development level of digital economy on the innovation ability of colleges and universities.The research shows that the promotion of digital technology effectively promotes the efficiency of information flow,expands the spillover effect of knowledge,improves the success rate of technology transformation,improves the efficiency of resource allocation,and improves the innovation ability of colleges and universities.
