专利信息对提升科技创新企业竞争力具有非常重要的意义,充分、有效地利用好专利信息,可以让企业专利工作者在企业研发活动中助力研发项目的开展,体现出企业专利工作对公司的价值。针对科技创新企业普遍存在“如何围绕其科技创新活动的不同阶段,系统有效地开展专利信息利用工作”的问题,文章结合长期的企业专利实践工作,提出在科技创新活动的研发项目周期中开展专利信息利用,并针对不同阶段开展的专利信息利用工作进行介绍,以期为相关科技创新企业及知识产权同行的专利信息利用工作带来有益帮助。

Patent information is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of technology innovation enterprises.Fully and effectively utilizing patent information can enable patent workers in enterprises to assist in the R&D projects,reflecting the value of enterprise patent work to the company.In response to the common problem of“how to systematically and effectively carry out patent information utilization work around different stages of their technological innovation activities”in technology innovation enterprises,this article combines long-term enterprise patent practice and proposes the utilization of patent information in the R&D project cycle of scientific and technological innovation activities,and introduces the patent information utilization work carried out in different stages.It is hoped that it can bring beneficial assistance to the patent information utilization work of relevant technology innovation enterprises and intellectual property engineers.
