摘要
随着数字技术的快速发展和广泛应用,公共图书馆服务的数字化转型已经成为必然趋势,传统的图书馆文化内容供给和服务模式已不能满足读者对服务均等化、多样性、智能化的更高期待和需求。文章以杭州图书馆“一键借阅”服务为例,结合当前数字时代读者的需求特点,对“一键借阅”服务在场景构建、流程再造以及服务机制上的创新实践进行分析研究,梳理总结经验,并在此基础上对未来发展提出几点思考,以期为新时期公共图书馆的服务创新提供有益参考。
With the rapid development and widespread application of digital technology,the digital transformation of public library services has become an inevitable trend.Traditional library cultural content supply and service models can no longer meet readers’higher expectations and needs for service equalization,diversity,and intelligence.The article takes the“one click borrowing”service of Hangzhou Library as an example,and combines the characteristics of readers’needs in the current digital age to analyze and study the innovative practices of“one click borrowing”service in scene construction,process reengineering,and service mechanism.It summarizes the experience and puts forward several thoughts on future development based on this,in order to provide useful references for the service innovation of public libraries in the new era.
