基于全生命周期的广义源网荷储一体化的电力系统协调优化配置研究

摘要 随着新能源渗透率的提高电网各要素的耦合日益密切,传统规划方法无法实现“源网荷储”的一体化规划及应对规划过程中涌现的不确定性。在此背景下,采用全生命周期评估方法,基于广义源网荷储一体化进行电力系统优化配置。首先,建立了电力系统优化配置模型,主要包含能源系统结构及配置、储能模型、网架结构调整模型。其次,从优化策略的角度,基于全生命周期评估方法综合考虑双碳目标、可再生能源消纳责任指标、能源市场交易等方面对广义源网荷储一体化的碳排放进行评估。最后,利用某区域规划年目标网架构成的算例对所提模型进行验证。结果表明,本文所研究优化配置能够有效促进新能源消纳,降低系统投资成本。 With the increasing penetration rate of new energy,the coupling of various elements in the power grid is becoming increasingly close,and traditional planning methods cannot achieve integrated planning of“source network load storage”and address the uncertainties that arise from the planning process.In this context,this article adopts the full lifecycle assessment method to optimize the power system configuration based on the integration of generalized source network,load and storage.Firstly,a power system optimization configuration model is established,which mainly includes energy system structure and configuration,energy storage model,and grid structure adjustment model.Secondly,from the perspective of optimization strategies,based on the full lifecycle assessment method,we comprehensively consider the dual carbon goals,renewable energy consumption responsibility indicators,energy market transactions,and other aspects to evaluate the carbon emissions of the generalized source network load storage integration.Finally,the proposed model is validated using an example of the annual target network structure of a certain regional planning.The results indicate that the optimized configuration studied in this article can effectively promote the consumption of new energy and reduce system investment costs.
