摘要
针对现有的相关性分析并不能清晰地描述风电和光电联合后变化特征这一问题,该文以黄河上游清洁能源基地为例对风电和光电之间的互补性展开研究,分析其在多个时间尺度上的特征和变化规律,采用一种基于波动特性描述的多能源互补性评估指标体系,评估风电和光电的互补性。结果表明,风电和光电在不同时间尺度上均存在一定程度的互补性,即两者叠加能够降低其自身的波动性。进一步探究不同风、光装机配比下互补性的变化规律,有助于全面理解风、光等不同能源之间的互补性,并为清洁能源基地的规划与设计提供一定的科学依据。
In response to the problem that existing correlation analysis cannot clearly describe the changes in the characteristics after the joint operation,this paper takes the clean energy base in the upper reaches of the Yellow River as an example to study the complementarity between wind power and PV power,explores their characteristics and change rules at multiple time scales,and adopts a multi-energy complementarity evaluation index system based on fluctuation characteristics to evaluate the complementarity of wind power and PV power.The results show that wind and PV power are complementary to each other in different time scales,that is,their superposition can reduce their own volatility.The paper further explores the changing law of the complementarity under different wind and light installation ratios,which helps to fully understand the complementarity between different energy sources such as wind and solar power,and provides some scientific basis for the planning and design of clean energy bases.
