摘要
针对B_(1)级阻燃电缆在设计制造过程中面临的技术困难,尤其是实现GB 31247—2014《电缆及光缆燃烧性能分级》中燃烧滴落物/微粒d_(0)级要求。文中通过研究护套料、电缆结构、生产工艺等方面,对B_(1)级阻燃、燃烧滴落物/微粒d_(0)级电缆(简称B_(1)/d_(0)级阻燃电缆)的制造过程进行系统性分析和优化。研究结果表明,燃烧成壳性与自熄性优异的护套料的选择、电缆辅材的选择、生产工艺的严格控制对燃烧滴落物/微粒d_(0)级都具有一定影响,可为电缆企业对B_(1)/d_(0)级阻燃电缆的开发与制造提供参考。
In response to technical difficulties in design and manufacturing process of B_(1) flame-retardant cables,especially in achieving requirements of flaming droplets/particles of d_(0) grade in GB 31247—2014.Manufacturing process of B_(1) flame-retardant and flaming droplets/particles cables(abbreviated as B_(1)/d_(0) flame-retardant cables)of d_(0) grade was systematically analyzed and optimized by studying sheath materials,cable structures,production processes,and other aspects.Results showed that selection of sheath materials with excellent combustion shelling and self-extinguishing properties,selection of cable auxiliary materials,and strict control of production process had a certain impact on flaming droplets/particles of d_(0) grade,with could provide reference for cable enterprises in development and manufacturing process of B_(1)/d_(0) flame-retardant cables.
