摘要
传统的铝护套厚度检测方法无法实现对生产过程中铝护套厚度异常变化的实时检测,为解决上述问题,文中提出可基于超声波技术对高压电缆护套厚度进行检测。首先,阐述了超声波测厚仪的测厚原理。然后,设定不同耦合剂和不同探头规格的组合进行超声波测厚试验,探讨耦合剂与探头规格对电缆挤包铝护套测厚的影响,用标准不确定度表明测量数据的使用价值和可信度;同时,通过超声波投运前后运行效果的对比试验,验证超声波技术在电缆铝护套无损在线检测中应用的可行性。结果表明,超声波测厚仪在高压电缆挤包铝护套的生产工艺中应用后,能够实时有效检测铝护套的厚度,也有助于防止因铝护套厚度不合格而导致电缆批量不合格。
Traditional method for thickness measuring of aluminum sheath could not achieve real-time detection of abnormal thickness changes in aluminum sheath during production.To address this issue,detecting sheath thickness of high-voltage cables based on ultrasonic technology was proposed.Firstly,principle of thickness measurement for ultrasonic thickness measuring instrument was described.Subsequently,combination of different couplings and various probe specifications was set to carry out ultrasonic thickness measurement test,influence of couplings and probe specifications on thickness measurement for extruded aluminum sheath of cable was discussed,and standard uncertainty was used to show use value and credibility of the measurement data.At the same time,through comparative test before and after commissioning of ultrasonic technology,application feasibility of ultrasonic technology in non-destructive online testing of aluminum sheath for cables was verified.Results showed that ultrasonic thickness measuring instrument could effectively and real-time measure thickness of extruded aluminum sheath after being applied in production process of extruded aluminum sheath for high-voltage cables,and the use of ultrasonic detection methods could prevent the batch failure of cables from being unqualified due to the unqualified thickness of aluminum sheath.
