摘要
当前我国电网已经进入电压等级高、负荷大、智能化的发展阶段,网架结构越来越复杂。随着电网电压等级不断提高,新设备、新工艺更新速度加快,对供电、检修、管理带来了很大的挑战,尤其是对供电安全检修提出了更高的要求,如何提高检修安全性成为电力发展的新要求。本文主要对基层电网发生事故主要原因,以及检修安全风险因素进行分析,并提出切实可行地提高供电检修安全风险预控的措施,避免在供电检修过程中造成人员伤亡。
At present,China's power grid has entered the development stage characterized by high voltage grade,large loads and increasing intelligence,with the grid structure becoming more complex.As voltage levels continue to rise and new equipment and technologies are rapidly updated,challenges to power supply,maintenance,and management have increased significantly,especially regarding safety in grid maintenance.This has heightened the requirements for maintenance safety,making the improvement of maintenance safety a new demand for the power sector.This paper analyzes the main causes of accidents and maintenance safety risk factors of grassroots power grid,and puts forward feasible measures to improve the pre-control of power supply maintenance safety risk,so as to avoid casualties in the process of power supply maintenance.
