摘要
课程作为教育系统内部最为核心的要素之一,一直是国际组织面向未来的教育报告所关注的重点。不确定性是众多国际组织对未来社会的一致判断,而各成员国的现行课程体系惯性强大、革新缓慢、脱离现实,不足以让学生应对未来社会的挑战。面对这种巨大的张力,各国际组织基于自身定位,将课程重新置于国家和全球议程的中心,提出了以“未来能力或技能”为核心素养的参考框架,并在未来课程的概念定位、价值取向、参与主体、重构原则等方面形成了一定的共识。
Curriculum,as one of the core element in the education system,has always been the focus of the international organizations’future-oriented education reports.Uncertainty is the unanimous judgment of many international organizations regarding future society,and the current curriculum system of each member state exhibit strong inertia,slow innovation,and a disconnection from reality,which renders them insufficient for preparing students to face the challenges of the future society.In the face of this huge tension,international organizations,based on their own positioning,have proposed that the curriculum must be repositioned curriculum at the center of the national and global agenda,proposing reference frameworks with“future abilities or skills”as core competencies,and a certain level of consensus has been reached on the conceptual orientation,value orientation,participants,reconstruction principles and other aspects of the future curriculum.
