摘要
知识服务是出版社的重要职能。我国出版社在知识服务领域存在“后知后觉”“小散弱”“先天不足”的问题,数字时代背景下,出版模式不断转变、政策“红利”持续释放、出版主体转型升级,外部环境与内生动力持续优化,为知识服务何以可能提供了“可供性”。要创新知识服务的“桥”与“路”,出版社作为主体,应加强顶层设计,落实配套管理;切实加强人才队伍,夯实发展基础;还需立足技术要素,持续深耕赋能,在管理、人才、技术三个维度共同发力,实现知识服务的创新升级。
Knowledge service is an important function of publishing house.In the field of knowledge service,China's publishing houses have the problems of"being aware after learning","being small and weak"and"being born with deficiency".Under the background of digital age,the publishing mode is constantly changing,the policy"dividend"is continuously released,the publishing subject is transformed and upgraded,and the external environment and endogenous motivation are continuously optimized,which makes it possible to provide"availability"for knowledge service.In order to innovate the"bridge"and"road"of knowledge service,publishing houses,as the main body,should strengthen the top-level design and implement supporting management;Strengthen the talent team and lay a solid foundation for development;It is also necessary to base on technical factors,continue to deepen the empowerment,and work together in the three dimensions of management,talent and technology to realize the innovation and upgrading of knowledge services.
