人类已经进入了“数字化时代”,数字化转型可以实现企业效率提升和价值创造,但制药企业数字化转型相对缓慢。制药企业数字化转型可以通过整体规划、分步建设、聚焦价值、由点到面来实现;企业要注重合规性,也需要适应性重构;数字化是长期工程、一把手工程,管理者要建立学习成长型思维和计算思维。
Human beings have entered the"digital age",and digital transformation can achieve enterprise efficiency improvement and value creation,but the digital transformation of pharmaceutical enterprises is relatively slow.The digital transformation of pharmaceutical enterprises can be realized through overall planning,step by step construction,focusing on value,from point to point.Enterprises should pay attention to compliance,but also need to adapt to restructuring.Digitization is a long-term project and a leader project,and managers should establish learning growth thinking and computational thinking.
