摘要
超临界CO_(2)管道输送是大规模输送CO_(2)最为经济可行的方法。国内外不同技术规范对超临界CO_(2)管道选材有不同的要求,管材性能指标主要考虑腐蚀和断裂两方面问题。为了明确超临界CO_(2)管道用管选型及技术要求,分析了不同标准对超临界CO_(2)输送管材的技术要求,简述了国内外超临界CO_(2)输送管道用管情况,分析了直缝埋弧焊管、高频焊管(HFW)、无缝钢管技术特点及国内HFW焊管生产现状。研究表明,管径小于219 mm时,建议选用无缝钢管;管径大于610 mm,建议选用直缝埋弧焊管;管径在219~610 mm时,HFW焊管具有显著的经济优势,这也是国外输送CO_(2)的主力管型。国内亟需开展超临界二氧化碳用HFW焊管相关研究及论证,制定合理的质量控制措施,推动HFW焊管在国内超临界CO_(2)管道中的应用。
Supercritical CO_(2) pipeline transportation is the most economical and feasible method for large⁃scale CO_(2) transportation.Different technical specifications at home and abroad have different requirements for supercritical CO_(2) pipes.The choice of pipes mainly consider both corrosion and fracture.In order to clarify the selection and technical requirements of supercritical CO_(2) line pipes,the technical requirements of different standards for supercritical CO_(2) line pipes were analyzed.The pipe choice of supercritical CO_(2) pipelines at home and abroad is briefly described.The technical characteristics of SAWL pipes,HFW pipes,seamless pipes and the production quality status of HFW pipes in China were analyzed.When the pipe diameter is less than 219 mm,it is recommended to use seamless pipes;When the pipe diameter is greater than 610 mm,it is recommended to use SAWL pipes.When the diameter is within the range of 219 mm to 610 mm,HFW pipes have significant economic advantages and are the main pipe type for transporting CO_(2) abroad.It is urgent to conduct research and demonstration of HFW welded pipes in China,develop reasonable quality⁃control measures,and promote the application of HFW welded pipes in supercritical CO_(2) pipelines in China.
