“新工科”建设背景下地方高校应用型人才培养模式研究

Research on the training model of application-oriented talents in local colleges and universities under the background of new engineering construction

基于当前地方高校应用型人才培养现状,文章分析了地方高校应用型人才培养存在的主要问题、原因及“新工科”建设对应用型人才素质的要求,并从明确人才培养目标,制定人才发展规划;优化课程体系,做好专业动态调整;创新教学方法和手段,保障教学质量;加强师资队伍建设,做好教学评价;深化产学研合作,强化实践能力等方面提出了相应的培养路径,以期为地方高校应用型人才培养质量的提升提供借鉴.

Based on the current situation of application-oriented talent training in local colleges and universities,the paper analyzes the main problems and reasons for application-oriented talents training in local universities,as well as the requirements of the new engineering construction for application-oriented talents.It proposes corresponding training approaches from clarifying talents training goals and formulating talents development plans,optimizing curriculum systems and making dynamic adjustments to majors,innovating teaching methods and ensuring teaching quality,strengthening teachers team construction and conducting teaching evaluations,deepening industry-university-research cooperation and enhancing practical abilities,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of application-oriented talents training in local colleges and universities.
