摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪,研究了铝硅合金在海洋环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:铝硅合金的针孔和共晶硅聚集区域优先发生点蚀,腐蚀沿铝相与硅相界面和晶界扩展,最终发展成大面积整体腐蚀。
The corrosion behavior of aluminum silicon alloy in marine environment was studied using scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.The results indicate that the pinholes and eutectic silicon aggregation areas in aluminum silicon alloys preferentially underwent pitting,with corrosion extending along the aluminum silicon interface and grain boundaries,ultimately developing into large-scale overall corrosion.
