故事理论指导下的护理策略对鼻咽癌放疗患者的影响

Impact of Nursing Strategy Guided by Story Theory on Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Undergoing Radiotherapy

目的:探讨故事理论指导下的护理策略对鼻咽癌放疗患者负性情绪、认知水平及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2022年6月1日~12月31日收治的80例鼻咽癌放疗患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各40例,对照组接受常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上采用故事理论指导下的护理策略;比较两组干预前后负性情绪[采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)]、心理弹性水平[采用中文版康诺·戴维森弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、认知水平、健康行为[采用健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)]、生活质量[采用中国头颈部癌生命质量测定量表(QLICP-HN)]及并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组SCL-90、CD-RISC、认知水平、HPLP-Ⅱ、QLICP-HN评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且干预组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),就医流程、护理水平、语言沟通、就医环境、服务态度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:故事理论指导下的护理策略能改善鼻咽癌放疗患者的负性情绪、心理弹性水平及健康行为,提高认知水平、生活质量及护理满意度,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing strategy under the guidance of story theory on negative emotions,cognitive level and nursing satisfaction of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy from June 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the intervention group and the control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The routine nurisng care was given in the conrol group and the nursing strategy guided by story theory was conducted in the intervention group.The negative emotions(SCL-90),resilience level(Chinese version of CD-RISC),cognitive level,health behavior(HPLP-Ⅱ),quality of life(CNHPLP-Ⅱ),the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of SCL-90,CD-RISC,cognitive level,HPLP-Ⅱand QLICP-HN in the two groups were better than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the intervention group were better than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of medical process,nursing level,language communication,medical environment and service attitude were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The nursing strategy under the guidance of story theory can improve the negative emotions,psychological resilience and health behavior of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy,improve their cognitive level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction and can reduce the incidence of complications.
