中医护理策略对强直性脊柱炎患者的影响

Effect of nursing strategies based on TCM theory on patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的:探讨中医护理策略对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者的影响。方法:本研究选取2021年6月1日~2023年8月1日治疗的120例AS患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予中医护理策略;比较两组临床体征指标、关节功能[采用毕氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)]、睡眠质量[采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及中医症候积分、生活质量[采用生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)]、满意度。结果:干预后,实验组胸廓扩张度、枕墙距、晨僵时间均优于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,实验组BASFI评分、PSQI评分、中医症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,实验组GQOLI-74中物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患者意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医护理策略可改善强直性脊柱炎患者的临床体征,提升关节功能和睡眠质量,提高生活质量、患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing strategies based on TCM theory on the quality of life of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with ankylosing spondylitis treated from June 1,2021 to August 1,2023 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group,and the nursing strategies based on TCM were adopted in the experimental group.The clinical signs,joint function,sleep quality(PSQI),the syndrome score of TCM,quality of life(GQOLI-74)and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the thoracic expansion,occipital-wall distance,and morning stiffness time in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The BASFI score,PSQI score and syndrome score of TCM in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.01).The scores of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function in GQOLI-74 of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.01).The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nursing strategies based on TCM theory can improve the clinical signs,joint function,sleep quality,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
