摘要
文章介绍了一种时速160 km的市域车屏柜结构。该结构在现有的城轨车辆简统化屏柜结构的基础上,综合考虑市域车辆内装空间结构与设备布置的差异,进行了结构演化设计,并借助于强度仿真计算进行了强度校验及改进,满足相关设计要求,为城轨车辆简统化屏柜方案在时速160 km市域车上应用提供了参考。
This article introduces a cabinet structure for urban vehicles with a speed of 160 km/h.The design of the structure is based on the existing simplified cabinet structure for urban rail vehicles,and takes into consideration the differences concerning the interior space structure and equipment layout of urban vehicles.The design was verified and improved by means of a strength simulation,which meets the relevant design requirements and provides a reference for the application of the simplified cabinet scheme in urban rail vehicles with a speed of 160 km/h.
