成渝地区双城经济圈一二三产业融合对缩小城乡收入差距的影响

Research on the Impact of the Integration of Three Industries in Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic Circle on Narrowing the Income Gap Between Urban and Rural Areas

推动农村产业融合,是助力乡村产业振兴、拓宽农民持续增收渠道的有效途径。基于成渝地区双城经济圈133个县域2016—2020年的面板数据,考察农村三产融合对城乡收入差距的影响效应,研究发现:三产融合发展能有效抑制城乡收入差距扩大;产业结构升级是三产融合缩小城乡收入差距的重要机制;三产融合与城乡收入差距存在空间正自相关性;样本城市的城乡收入差距受到本地和周边县域三产融合发展的交互作用的影响。由此提出推动区域产业协同发展、探索农村产业融合新模式、出台人才激励政策等建议。

Promoting the rural industrial integration is a crucial pathway to revitalize rural industries and expand income op-portunities for farmers.This study utilizes the panel data from 133 counties within the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from 2016 to 2020 to examine the impact of rural integration of the three industries(primary,secondary,and tertiary)on the ur-ban-rural income gap.It finds that(1)rural industrial integration effectively mitigates the widening of the urban-rural income gap;(2)industrial structure upgrading acts as a key mechanism through which rural integration narrows the income gap,(3)a positive spatial autocorrelation is observed between rural integration and the urban-rural income gap,and(4)the urban-rural in-come gap in sample cities is influenced by the interplay of local and neighboring counties’rural integration levels.Based on these findings,this study suggests promoting regional industrial collaboration,exploring new rural integration models,and imple-menting talent incentive policies.
