新商科高质量应用型人才校企协同培养的内涵要求和机制设计

摘要 面向未来的新商科教育教学模式创新要求突破传统教学时空边界的校企协同培养。校企协同培养是动态开放系统,通过政、校、企、生等各方的协同作用形成新商科高质量应用型人才培养的新格局,在宏观尺度上达成满足社会和市场对人才需求、服务国家发展战略的目标。新商科高质量应用型人才校企协同培养机制以培养“价值正确、专业基础扎实、实践能力强、素质高”的高质量应用型商科人才为目标;内部主要包括动力和激励机制、沟通与协调机制、教师队伍重构与“双师制”培养机制,以及保障与约束机制等;外部则需要相关支持政策。 Future-oriented innovation in the new business education and teaching model demands the school-enterprise collaborative training that breaks through the traditional teaching time and space.The open and dynamic system of school-enterprise collaborative training forms a new pattern of business management application-oriented talent training through the synergy of governments,schools,enterprises,and students,and achieves the goal of meeting the needs of society and the market for talents and serving the national development strategy at the macro level.The school-enterprise collaborative training mechanism aims to cultivate high-quality applied business talents with“correct value,solid professional foundation,strong practical ability,and high quality”.Within the training system,it demands motivation and incentive mechanisms,communication and coordination mechanisms,teacher team reconstruction and“dual-function”teacher training system,as well as guarantee and binding mechanisms.Outside the system,relevant supporting policies are needed.
