摘要
提升高职院校护理专业学生(简称护生)职业认同感能够引导学生建立积极、稳定的职业认同感,使高职护生职业认同感的价值意蕴得以最大化发挥,培养具有工匠精神、扎实护理知识和技能、积极耐心工作态度、高职业稳定性等特质的护理人才。为此,要从学校、社会、个人、家庭四个层面提升高职护生职业认同感,助力护理专业学生健康成长。
Improving the professional identity of nursing students in higher vocational colleges can guide students to establish a positive and stable professional identity,maximize the value implication of professional identity of nursing students,and cultivate nursing talents with strong craftsmanship spirit,solid nursing knowledge and skills,positive and patient work attitude,high professional stability and other characteristics.To this end,it is necessary to enhance the professional identity of nursing students from school,society,individual and family to help nursing students grow healthily.
