“三全育人”背景下高校体育管理平台的构建理念及应用研究

Research on the Construction Concept and Application of University Sports Management Platform under the Background of“Three Pronged Education”

在大数据时代背景下,互联网+教育是高校体育课程改革重要发展方向。在“三全育人”背景下提出高校管理平台的构建理念:一是以学生为中心,构建“体育、学工、院系”为引领、其他部门协同育人的宏观格局;二是通过“全过程育人”发展终身体育为目标,将高校体育渗透到学生发展的各个阶段;三是以“全方位育人”打造数据共享平台为核心的网络布局,实现高校体育全员、全过程、全方位育人目标,提升大学生体质健康。高校体育管理平台的应用主要通过“课、练、测、赛”四个方面体现,在此过程中存在以下阻碍:一是育人主体对体育的认知和实践存在较大差距;二是各育人主体之间存在数据孤岛,不同部门平台之间存在信息壁垒;三是在实施过程中对体育场馆设施设备智能化要求较高,短期内难以实现。

In the era of big data,Internet plus education is an important development direction of college physical education curriculum reform.This article proposes the construction concept of a university management platform under the background of“Three pronged education”:firstly,to center on students and build a macro pattern led by“Sports,Academic work,and Departments”and coordinated education by other departments;The second is to develop lifelong sports through the goal of“Whole process Education”,and to infiltrate college sports into various stages of student development;The third is to build a network layout with the core of“All-round Education”to create a data sharing platform,achieve the goal of educating all members,the whole process,and all aspects of college sports,and improve the physical health of college students.The application of the university sports management platform is mainly reflected in four aspects:“Alasses,Exercises,Tests,and Competitions”.In this process,there are the following obstacles:firstly,there is a significant gap between the educational subject's understanding and practice of sports;Secondly,there are data silos among various educational entities and information barriers between different departmental platforms;Thirdly,there is a high demand for the intelligence of sports venue facilities and equipment during the implementation process,which is difficult to achieve in the short term.
