中医药院校大学英语教师数字社会责任:意蕴、挑战与培育

摘要 教师数字社会责任是教师数字素养的重要维度之一,主要包含法律道德规范和数据安全保护两大领域。中医药院校的资源倾斜政策、中医药的发展现状以及数字技术的运用,给中医药院校大学英语教师数字社会责任的培育带来挑战。全面增强教师数字社会责任意识,有效借势中医药院校建设新契机,扩展大学英语发展空间,开展数字素养专题培训,搭建数字社会责任学习共同体以及创新数字社会责任保障条件,是中医药院校大学英语教师数字社会责任培育的有效路径。 Digital social responsibility is a key dimension of teachers digital literacy,primarily encompassing two major areas:adherence to legal and ethical standards and protection of data security.The resource allocation policies of Chinese medical universities,the current state of Chinese medicine development,and the application of digital technologies present significant challenges in cultivating digital social responsibility among college English teachers in these institutions.To effectively cultivate this responsibility,several approaches are proposed:raising awareness of digital social responsibility among teachers,leveraging the new opportunities presented by the construction of Chinese medical universities,expanding the scope of college English development,offering specialized training in digital literacy,establishing digital social responsibility learning communities,and innovating conditions that ensure the safeguarding of digital social responsibility.
