摘要
公立医院预算考核存在理念尚未树立、广度和深度不足、周期选取不合理、结果未能有效应用等问题,亟需构建预算考核体系,明确奖罚原则,细化考核内容,设置科学的考核指标和权重,并注重考核结果的应用,从而提高医院运营管理能力,实现高质量发展。
There are some problems in the budget assessment of public hospitals,such as the concept has not yet been established,the breadth and depth are insufficient,the cycle selection is unreasonable,and the results have not been effectively applied.It is urgent to build a budget assessment system,clarify the principle of reward and punishment,refine the assessment content,set scientific assessment indicators and weights,and pay attention to the application of the assessment results,so as to improve the hospital operation and management ability and achieve high-quality development.
