质谱技术在食品农药残留分析中的应用研究

摘要 本文针对食品中农药残留问题,综述基于质谱技术的农药残留分析检测方法,重点介绍样品前处理技术、气相色谱-质谱技术、液相色谱-质谱技术、高分辨质谱筛查技术、数据非依赖性采集技术和离子迁移谱耦合质谱技术,探讨质谱技术在食品中农药残留分析中的应用策略,旨在使质谱技术以其卓越的性能在农药残留分析领域具有广阔的应用前景。 Aiming at the problem of pesticide residues in food,this paper reviews the analysis and detection methods of pesticide residues based on mass spectrometry technology,focusing on sample pretreatment technology,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology,high-resolution mass spectrometry screening technology,data independent acquisition technology and ion migration spectrometry coupled mass spectrometry technology.The application strategy of mass spectrometry technology in pesticide residue analysis in food was discussed in order to make mass spectrometry technology have broad application prospect in the field of pesticide residue analysis with its excellent performance.
